Visiting Home

I got to go home and visit with my family. My sister Erin just had a baby, and it was so fun to hold him and play with him. His name is Dominic Michael Brighton, and he is one month old. I love him!
I also got to play with my little brother David. We spent all of Friday together while Mom was on a field trip with Laura, so we had some fun time together. We watched Little Einsteins together, and I made him some pancakes, just like he asked. :) Little Einsteins taught us the Best Friend Song, which we loved to sing for the rest of the weekend! I've uploaded a video of him singing the song...I took it with my iPod, so the quality might not be fantastic. Enjoy!

Good News!

We have good news! No, I'm not pregnant. I got the internship I wanted with the Joseph Smith Papers. Starting in August or September, Iwill be working in the Church History Library, handling original documents that belonged to Joseph Smith and other early members of the church!

Also, Nick and I had some friends over for dinner and rocked wii Jeopardy! Nick loved his "Jeopardy romp with the folks."

Hello, world! We are the Newlywed Greens. We've made this blog so that people who care about our lives can be in-the-know. Because we have parents, so somebody loves us. :)

Right now, we are dealing with school and work. Nick is working for the Church and taking some prerequisites for grad school next year, and Julia is working and attending classes at BYU. Someday we hope that Julia will have internships and we will live in the Salt Lake area. Someday being August.

Anywho, for now, that sums up our life together. PEACE!
